Wait or Leave  – Let Go of Waiting, Non Acceptance and Holding onto Agendas – Part 1

 

Majority of individuals tend to procrastinate, they tend to delay beginning a project or continuing on to a new level.  They leave that task to when they think the time is right, or when they think that job has to be finished by or that their work has to be perfect before they continue on to expand or distribute it. Yet, they also don’t know when they need to leave a condition or scenario, when to move on from an old job or relationship or when their project may not appear complete to them, they still need to move on. They are unaware that as they expand their consciousness their relationship with their work, whether personal, business or social will expand. 

 

This means that their desires and skills will expand in quantity and its quality will improve along the way. Due to being comfortable with the known, they tend to wait for the right time to do something, but that time never comes. It is the same with every other scenario.

 

To address your issues, problems and challenges can be broken down into 3 main categories.

  1. Wait

  2. Stuck in Agendas

  3. Accept Inner Wisdom  

Let’s take a look at each individual category:

  1.  Wait- Are you waiting for something to occur or someone to arrive or for you to do something? Are you procrastinating? Are you doing nothing but expecting something to happen? What are you waiting for – for time to pass? Why are you waiting? What are you putting off or delaying? When you become trapped in the rut of limitations, negative thoughts, judgements and agendas, you become stuck, stagnant and static. The vicious cycle creates more negativity and your narrow field of vision that is played out becomes greater.
     

  2. Stuck in Agendas - When you are stuck in dwelling upon how the outcome should be, that expectation stagnates your perception, because of your mental control. When you have an agenda on how, when, why and where things should be like or when things should happen by, it dwindles the little hope that you have left to hold onto. The more you dwell upon the things you don’t want the more you restrict your energy flow. This is because you cannot accept your own experiences and the time frame the experiences occur in or what others have chosen to experience.
     

  3. Accept Inner Wisdom - When you can’t accept your inner wisdom to shine on your darkened views, you will only build an invisible prison wall around yourself.  These darkened cells mates will only jail your limited thoughts, thus producing more undesirable behaviours and experiences.  These cell mates inside your prison walls are your lacks, limits, fears, guilt, worry, unworthiness, jealously, envy, shame, criticism, resentfulness and hate etc. 

Take a good look at your life and your experiences that you are having. Are you waiting for a golden angel to bring what you want or for someone to do something for you? That is – are you willing to take action to begin what you desire to be, do and have? Then, do you expect that idea to manifest within a certain time frame, so it has to meet your conditions? When that idea doesn’t manifest within the structures of your controlling rules, do you blame others or even yourself for its failure to arrive on time? Maybe, if you accept all of your experiences and enjoy the journey so you can move on, things might show up unexpectedly, out of the blue – the synchronistic flow.   This is because energy flows with grace and beauty, whilst procrastination stops energy from flowing and force and structured controls restricts your energy from moving. Acceptance births a new truth, and that wisdom will expand consciousness.

 Leave Your Inertia Rut and Escape from Your Limitations
– Part 2

 

When you procrastinate you not only hold off from doing something, but you also have to wait for something to happen before you can do something or go somewhere. Procrastination equals stagnancy, just like a creek that stops flowing into the dam and eventually the dam dries up too.  When you hold onto agendas and non acceptance of things, your mind and body becomes stuck in your mental dam and that dried up hole becomes your prison. Wildlife will leave the lagoon when the water flow begins to dry up and so you may need to question yourself if you need to leave your story tale behind, so you can move on to a new environment. Is your stuck story tale locking you up behind your mental prison walls?

 

To address your issues, problems and challenges can be broken down into 3 main categories. 

  1. Leave

  2. Inertia Rut

  3. Escape from your Limitations

Let’s take a look at each individual category:

  1.  Leave – The opposite of waiting is to leave – it is to do something. Do you need to leave something or do you want to depart from someone - to go away from a person or place so you can continue on with free movement? Do you need to let somebody continue doing something: for them to go away from you in order to allow that person to do their own thing?  Do you need to take some time off from what you are doing? When you close your curtains so that you are in total darkness behind your mental prison wall, you will restrict all light to enter to enlighten your everyday thoughts. 
     

  2.  Inertia Rut - Waiting around for something to happen and waiting for someone else to do for you, or waiting for another to do something first does not allow you to expand your truth, perceptions and consciousness. When you dwell in self-pity, superstition and ignorance will only encourage you to give in and stop trying to improve and achieve.  It will only make you fall into an inertia rut of producing failure and lack of enthusiasm.  You feel that you can’t or won’t change and of course you often blame others, society or conditions for your misfortunes, lacks and limitations in life.
     

  3.  Escape from your Limitations - To rise above the thoughts of doom and gloom is to escape from your limitations. To seek emotional freedom is to leave the prison cell of your mind, it is to pull back your tightly closed curtains within your mind and open the door of your false prison walls, caused from the illusion of your old perceptions, the truths of mass consciousness.  Can you give yourself permission to leave your comfort zone? Can you metaphorically step outside the mind to open your sleepy dimly lit eyes, so you can awaken to the soft morning sunlight that shines beyond the perceptions of the mind? It does shine onto the valley of despair, hopelessness and grief for this sunlight, is the trust of your own intuitive wisdom. It is your inner wisdom that will eventually shine on all the dark shadows of your past experiences, so the dark can meld and eclipse with the light. 

By accepting all of your experiences will allow your inner wisdom to shine. Your mind is like a parachute – it needs to be open to function well. Openness births understanding, acceptance and having compassion for yourself for the experiences that you have taken on. This enlightened awareness develops the wisdom that is learnt from the scenario and this is what expands consciousness.

 Expand Your Truth from the Top-Roo Mind Control - Part 3.

 

As you choose to wait for things to happen, as you decide to let go of agendas and accept your situations you can allow your energy to flow. When your energy flows you can begin to leave your present condition because you have stopped doing the things that you normally do and you are no longer in a rut. To keep your energies flowing, no matter what obstacles are on your path, avoid waiting and avoid forcing, as these challenges will block your energy flow.  When you become limited you are stuck and you become stagnant like water in a shallow lagoon. When you allow challenging obstacles to disempower and limit you, they stop you from continuing on to what you want to do and who you can become. 

 

To address your issues, problems and challenges can be broken down into 3 main categories. 

  1.  Move On and Expand

  2. Your Truth is Okay

  3. The Top-Roo Mind Control

Let’s take a look at each individual category:

  1.  Move on and Expand – What develops behavioural and stagnancy patterns?  It is dwelling on things that are outside of you, dwelling on the negative, talking and listening to others who influence you through their gossip and focusing upon adversity, hurtful past memories and ill health. The dual opposites of fight and flight or force and procrastination create stagnancy. What stops you from moving on is being prejudice to different ideas, to different ways let alone cultures, because you think that your way is the only way and you think that you are totally right – and you are!  That is the level of your consciousness and it is right for you, but it may not be right for another.
     

  2. Your truth is Okay – Your Truth is okay for that moment, it is your truth, but a growing truth never stays still, it moves and expands to shine a new wisdom. When you are stuck in an old truth, you will not listen to others point of view and are blinded from looking at other possibilities and opportunities that something else may enlighten you in. Can your mental perceptions, like the sun that rises to higher aspirations, repel the illusion of restrictions and limitations?
     

  3. The Top-Roo Mind Control - The controls of the mind can stop you from leaving your present comfort zone, because it is fearful of the unknown and it doubts and mistrusts your abilities and it can only see a doom and gloom future.  This happens when you allow your intellectual mind to be the ‘top-roo’ of you, as it tries to figure-out things, because it thinks it has to know everything and it has to be the best and yet, it can’t know everything, because of its fear. The mind only knows what it knows, because it is sceptical and unwilling to know anything beyond what it knows.  The analytical mind only dwells on what is knows and that is the past - the good, the bad and the ugly - that is why it fears the future, it only knows its past and it cannot comprehend anything else other than the past.  Your issues cannot be solved by the same level of thinking, the same level of consciousness that created them in the first place. You cannot dig your way out of the rut with the same type of shovel that dug the hole for you in the first place – that shovel is old, worn out or out of date. Your mind, even though it is a wonderful tool, can imprison you or it can set you free - the choice is yours. 

To stop waiting around for conditions to be perfect so you can leave your job or a relationship that you don’t like or so you can leave any condition that does not serve your expanding growth, is to take a big step from your comfort zone. For you to continue on with your project with a life of joy and freedom is to understand that the fear of the unknown and the controls and the limitations that you have placed upon yourself, creates stuck energy. Your river of life stops flowing when your agendas take hold on what your project and relationships should look like and when, how, why and where something should occur or be done. Let go of the agendas and stop judging yourself and others.  Accept the experiences and see the joy in everything that you do. Just because the mind doesn’t know what is coming next, you begin to lack trust in your own ability and so the nature of your core self and the principles of energy has to do the choosing for you.  Until you are ready and willing to make conscious choices you cannot achieve the unlimited potentials within the unknown.  Inner trust is different to the faith of looking outside of yourself to try to get comfort, advice and support, hoping that you will be given confidence and courage. Looking outside of yourself births agendas and these judgments are stimulated by appeasement, obligation and compromise. Your story tale of controls and limitations are the feeding mechanism that produces your stagnancy or lack of flow. The answers will never come until you go within to look deep inside of yourself and you can only do that when you are ready to dig deep into your own inner gold mine, with a new kind of shovel, an up-dated model, to discover your truth and to accept your own wisdom. Only when you can fully love and accept yourself as you are now, will you be able to get in touch with who you really are.
