Master Your Beliefs - Address Vulnerability and Conflicts with Self-Mastery - Part 1

Majority of individuals hold on to the mass belief of what is right and wrong, what is good and bad and to ‘be in favour’ one must be, do and have the same or better than everyone else. The hypnotic belief system and mass consciousness overlays hold on to many uncertainties and façades about the individual self and life in itself. Humanity is holding up a banner that has no name, it has no awareness, beyond what the mind can conceive and perceive and what it dictates and controls.  Because everything influences everything, everyone feels the same with similar experiences.  They all learn the same lessons of rules, controls and standards that only bring vulnerability to victimhood scenarios. It is only those who seek self-mastery that have the courage to step out of the woven web, to claim and receive freedom, sovereignty and joy.

To address and solve your issues, problems and challenges to master your beliefs can be broken down into 2 categories.

  1. Vulnerable

  2. Master the Conflict Within

Let’s take a look at each category.

  1. Vulnerable – To be a victim of vulnerability is feeling unsafe, insecure, unsure and uncertain that is brought in from mistrust, doubt and fear. Ask yourself these questions: Do you feel safe? Do you feel that you are without adequate protection? Are you open to physical or emotional harm? Do you feel that you are extremely susceptible? Are you easily persuadable or liable to give in to temptation? Do you see yourself as physically or psychologically weak? Do you feel that you are unable to resist illness, debility, or failure? Do you feel that you could be open and exposed to an attack?  If so, are you ready and willing to step outside your comfort zone from the mass beliefs and take a step forward to receive joy and freedom by holding up your own banner that is titled ‘Self-Mastery’?

  2.  Mastering the Conflict Within - When you are faced with a touch of vulnerability or any other form of conflict do you retreat from, or abandon your mission? The conflict of feeling vulnerable, whether it is external or internal is an undercurrent of energy, a behaviour that occurs unbeknown to your five senses, which is seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and touching.  This feeling is felt, but you don’t know why, and because you continually run into it you loose patience. Fear, doubt, mistrust and uncertainty will creep in, to where you run away and abandon your goals or you push it under the rug.  You become resentful and angry by having lost the opportunity and usually lay blame it onto your loved ones for their lack of insight, understanding and different opinions that you perceive as stealing your dream, because your vulnerable victim scenarios have enforced you to run from fear. Fear follows when you run!

Fear runs when you face your fears. To step outside of being a victim of vulnerability and uncertainty and step into the shoes of mastery, you need to go beyond the mass limits, to where you can truly trust yourself, so you can stand alone in your power and your truth and the only way you can do this is to honour your own worth.

Master Your Beliefs – Address Inner Disagreements by Throwing Out Old Beliefs - Part 2

Majority of individuals have some sort of lack and imbalance. Nobody gets off scot-free without having baggage or issues to resolve. Take a look at your life; do you have any form of discord, imbalance or conflict in your reality? Do you have repetitive cycles of unwanted patterns in your life? Do you have experiences that you don’t like or want? Do any of your issues relate to your worth, health, relationships and abundance?  Then, take a look at your beliefs, are they the same are your parents, peers or society in general. If you have any outer imbalances then they are a reflection of your inner imbalances. Whatever is expressed in your outer world, there is a need to find that balance within you first, before that issue can be resolved.

Are you daring enough to take a look within to see what these imbalances could be? Often, you know what you want, you pray for a certain thing, but you are asking for something outside of yourself or for someone to do it for you.  If you want something to materialize in your physical reality you have to look within, otherwise you will keep looking and you will keep searching for fulfilment and satisfaction from the outer material world, whilst your soul cries out for you to seek fulfilment within, so it can be expressed in the outer.  Everything is contained within.

To address and solve your issues, problems and challenges to master your beliefs can be broken down into 2 more categories.

  1. Inner Disagreements

  2. Throw Out Old Beliefs

Let’s take a look at each category.

  1. Inner Disagreements – Your inner disagreement is where there is discord within you, there is a lack of balance within your aspects. The vulnerable and uncertain feelings create an argument that takes place within you. The conflict between these different aspects of self stirs up your emotional problems that are expressed in your outer world of experiences. In your reality, you attract what is going on within you.   Your conscious mind is naturally fearful, doubtful and uncertain, and once you have decided what choice or desire you want in your life, you have to step-out-of-the-mind, to relieve its duty from holding onto stress, fear and control and allowing others aspects of you, your core essence to take charge. But due to fear, doubts and lack of energy, the conscious mind goes to sleep and neglects to guide the subconscious towards your goal. The conscious must make decisions to lead the unconscious. Whatever the conscious believes in the unconscious will create that scenario.

  2. Throw Out the Old Beliefs - If you are not awake you will go on living with the same old beliefs from your forefathers and mass consciousness. If you are not aware of what your experiences are all about you will not put in the right information, the choices that you want into the subconscious.  Your subconscious is like a computer’s filing cabinet, it is an obedient servant that will act upon command to give you the experiences that you believe in and that you have consciously stored into its filing system. For eons of time the mass consciousness banner has placed so much data into your filing system and these beliefs are not appropriate in a modern technical new energy era. When your mind is vulnerable with uncertainties it relies on and looks outside of itself for guidance and validation, so it harbours old information and the unfamiliar new data gets lost. The conflict within is holding on to the old, whilst other aspects seeks the expression of the new.  When you are stagnant, you will find yourself suffering in repetitive experiences and instead of looking inside yourself to see the problem, you will blame others and condemn everyone else to make you feel good and strong on the outer.

The good news is that it is up to you to throw out old beliefs of vulnerability and uncertainty and replace them with new ones that serves and empowers you. The subconscious doesn’t know the difference between fantasy or imagination and reality. It is your responsibility to make a conscious choice and place that desire in place, to be the master, the leader by being the captain of your life. That is why you can burn old beliefs and replace it with a new choice of potentials, a new truth by making a conscious decision, even if your desire or choice has not materialized yet. It will happen if you trust and believe in yourself to allow it to manifest in your reality.

Master Your Beliefs – Let Go of Outer Competition and Become the Creator of Master-ship - Part 3.

When you think about vulnerability and master-ship what do you feel? Do you think that mastery is about controlling others? Do you see that you have to have an expert skill, knowledge or some outstanding ability to class yourself as a master? With any personal development concept it is not about looking outside of yourself, it is about improving yourself.

It is about Self-Mastery - of looking at yourself in order to avoid attracting influencing and controlling experiences, the things you don’t want. Many of humanities beliefs have established vulnerable and conflicting experiences due to the mental chatter of uncertainty, mistrust, doubt and fear.

By understanding the principles of belief and by looking at your uncertain and vulnerable experiences, perhaps you will see the need to master your beliefs. Because you live in a dualistic world you have a choice of being a victim of vulnerability or becoming the creator of master-ship.  What do you choose?

If you choose the latter, do you see yourself as a master of yourself, your life? Do you feel that you can get out of your comfort zone to make a choice of what you really want? Do you think that you are able to release old belief systems that don’t empower you? Self-mastery is not about obtaining outside skills or having comparison with others, it is about being in a safe space and having 100% worth with complete trust, courage and strength to reign, govern and to be the leader of your life with sovereignty, independence and freedom.

To address and solve your issues, problems and challenges to master your beliefs can be broken down into another 2 categories.

  1. Outer Competition

  2. Stand Your Ground

Let’s take a look at each category.

  1. Outer competition - Outer competition is to compete within the boundaries of the rules set out from the beliefs of the leaders of that game.  Many individuals play unfair games in business, sport and personal affairs, as they substitute bad tactics and trickery to win or overpower another to produce better results and standards for themselves.  Competition and comparison also affects your self-esteem and worth, therefore you must always remember that you are beautiful, different and unique, as you are you and nobody else.  Due to toady’s ways of life with social and materialistic standards, you seem to judge or limit your success by competing against your peers.  This has a great effect on yourself and your life, because if you exceed you’ll become over confident or self-absorbed and egotistical, whilst having to sustain a high standard. Or, if your ability doesn’t match other’s achievements and their agendas, your worth is lowered and you feel that you are ‘not good enough’, then you simply give up and stop trying. Your perception becomes blocked when you cannot live your authentic nature and when you can’t accept yourself, so you’re untapped, yet unlimited potential that you possess cannot surface. Instead, you need to compete within yourself, to be the master of your life, by increasing your knowledge, creativity, understanding, acceptance, wisdom, awareness and worth so you can achieve your highest goals.

  2. Stand Your Ground To be able to stand your ground or to be able to stand alone you need to be in your safe space.  Your safe space is an imagery place where you can feel safe.  When you feel safe within you are able to open up to your intuitive feelings and you are more empowered to stand your ground. To feel safe is to deep breathe in that now moment so you can stand with strength and honour to support your skills. It is not to overpower another, but to stand in your enabled-power, whilst being your own counsel, whilst living your truth, your authentic nature without allowing influences and persuasions to enter. It is to know that whilst you are in a safe space, you automatically protect yourself, you do not have limits, uncertainties and conflicts, because your mind is relieved from the burdens of stress. You are not vulnerable as in that state of consciousness you will not feel vulnerable to attract discord and attacking experiences to you.

Self-mastery allows you to express and create your life through the influence of your feelings, so you are totally in dominion over your thoughts and emotions. You create your destiny and you can change your destiny. Nobody else can control your thoughts, feelings and emotions, for you can choose what you think, and therefore, you are responsible for your experiences.  Due to your own self-imposed limits, you have allowed yourself to accept the attitudes and restrictions of others.  You have created the limits and lacks which bring disharmony, non fulfilment and ill health into your life.  To develop self-mastery you need to understand the nature of the mind – that it is fearful, it is limited, it becomes stressed, tired and it worries unnecessarily. It has been placed on a pedestal to overpower all others aspects of you and often other individuals too.  Self-mastery is balancing and integrating all of your aspects, it is birthing your sovereignty within you to choose and to create the life that you desire, whilst honouring, accepting, having compassion and blessing all of your experiences, so you can be the example to accept and honour everything and everyone as well.
