Wasting Human Energy - 4 Influences On How Human Energy Can Be Wasted—Part 1.

A majority of individuals fail to realise that to improve their quality of life not only depends upon enhancing their level of self-worth and empowerment concepts, but it is being aware of the quality of their thoughts and feelings on what they are focusing on.

Life is about finding the balance.  Balance cannot be attained if you are wasting your energy, if you are too low within your self-esteem or too high with an over inflated ego.

Human energy can be wasted just like any other energy in our community, but how is this so when you and every person is capable of fulfilling your hearts desires and soul passion in life?

There are four primary categories:

1.        Fear, Doubt and Hesitation

2.        Pretend and Procrastinate

3.        Reliance and Give in

4.        Control and Controlled

Let’s take a look at each individual category:

1.   Fear and Doubt  and Hesitation - First you don’t think or believe you are capable of achieving anything more than what you have been told and what you have experienced and what your mind knows. ‘The mind does not know beyond what it knows’!  Because the mind is fearful of change and of the unknown it is reluctant to get out of its comfort zone to explore anything new. It is very limited in its perceptions and it doubts it ability to achieve beyond what it thinks it can.  It cannot see the ‘big picture’ behind the scene of the scenario. To be able to go beyond the mind, is to let go of fear by understanding the difference between a real fear, a life threatening fear and an unreal fear or phobia, an emotional past wound that is felt to be haunting and attacking you. Doubt is fed by your scepticism and influences of others.  Doubt is another addictive story game that you are playing. You often blame negativity for your issues, but at its core it is just doubt, pretending that you don’t know, pretending that you are lost, pretending that you have failed etc, so you can come back and try it again.  It is like a scratched record – it will stay in that groove, only to play that story over and over again. How many times a day do you doubt yourself, with your decisions, actions and thoughts rather than taking ownership and responsibility for your choices and your experiences?  When you doubt, you get caught up in the roller-coaster of disempowerment and victim-hood. The viral energy of doubt eats away at you, as this cloudy energy restricts the flow of energy, leading to energetically compressing you and your choices.  It is doubt that puts up the barriers to discover anything new. To step out of doubt, to go beyond the mental perception of doubt is to express your truth and share your authentic nature.

2.   Pretend and Procrastinate - Apart from doubt, you pretend another game. You live your life with the mask of façade - that is who you think you are - your masquerade story.  You accept that “that’s the way life is” or that’s the way you are” and so you will have to put up with it.  You say to yourself change is impossible and you hesitate or procrastinate to make the effort and try, or you charge forward like a fighting, angry bull, squashing everything in your path. Whatever you are experiencing is your masquerade story, your lying façade. You believe that is who you are and so you live that game, act it out in dualities sandpit of earth. Funny, though, you think that your story of ‘who you are’ is set in concrete and you cannot change!  Think again, go beyond the mind and discover an easier way to make new choices.

3.   Reliance and Give in - Therefore, you have two choices, so you think! You can take an ‘easy’ way or the ‘hard’ way. Do you think that taking on the attributes of fear and doubt and pretend and procrastination will give you an ‘easy’ route? Do you think the easy route is giving in to others agendas, fears and controls by taking a path of following the rest, relying on others, being dependent of others, conforming to do what others expect and demands of you, and for them to tell you what you can be, do and have? Or do you think that controlling others, through emotional blackmail to get what you want is the easy path? It may appear easy at first – but do you know that choice will result in conflict?  The perceived easy path or retreating is being short-sighted.  What about the long term - the path of reliance and giving in gets more difficult, more rugged as the path contains more potholes that are filled with humanities fears, agendas, controls and greed?  When you rely on others the potholes on your easy path is filled with ‘bull-dust’.  Your mind cannot see the pothole for the sand and the dust and you walk right into this soft hole, choking with the dust with humanities conformed judgments to lurk you into manipulation or control or appeasement, obligations as you compromise your truth.

4.   Control and Controlled - Now through fear and doubt, pretend and procrastination, reliance and giving in, you allow others to control you or for you to control others. Whether you are controlled by others or controlling others you are a victim of fate and a victim of circumstance by being irresponsible for not acknowledging who you truly are, not listening and living by your authentic heart, by allowing your own worth and power to be disempowered. Whether you are controlling or being controlled you are allowing yourself to be disempowered, enslaved and imprisoned by living another person’s truth, which is your lie. Whatever you dwell upon you will be supported by. Whatever you focus on will control you – because that is where your energy is flowing. Everything serves you, you are getting something out of every experience you are having – the experience is giving you something – whether it is good or bad, you are asking for that scenario – you are benefiting from the sabotage pattern or the secondary gain ‘pay-off’.  This is the ‘feeding’ mechanism going on between victims and abusers and this reflects your level of consciousness and your worth and empowerment of how you see and treat yourself. Your relationships and your experience are just a mirror of you - your level of worth and empowerment.

The principle of belief and attraction is: What you identify with will control you, for where your attention goes your energy will flow, and it will magnify and increase with use. Like attract like! Do you realize that what you focus on will give it more power? That means - you intensify your experiences on what you don’t want. You are draining yourself from any unbalanced experiences, whether it is being stuck in the low swamps or whether it is flying high in a drama story - your mole hill will grow into a bigger mountain, until you say ‘enough is enough’ – and find the point of separation – the balance line.

Wasting Human Energy – Moving Away from the high’s and low’s and finding balance – Part 2.

Part 2 of wasting human energy is finding balance, the point of separation between the high’s and the low’s.  Balance is like a set of scales or a see-saw in a child’s playground. Balance on a see-saw, relates to two characters balancing in mid air enjoying the ride of what they choose to experience. Balance can only be achieved when you are not too low down, too heavy, stuck in the muddy ground or too high up, or too light with your head in the clouds on the see-saw of life. Balance cannot be attained if you are wasting your energy through fear and doubt, pretending and procrastinating, reliance and giving in and controlling or being controlled that hinders any triumph discovery.

In a dualistic world there are two types of characters in the dividing path of the rocky road before the balancing point, the point of separation.

  1. Squashed Self-Esteem - Is the fearful, shy and timid – Is this YOU?

·         Pretend by denying what you want in your life.

·         Don’t feel and think for yourself so you cannot express your desires, your true authentic nature.

·         Fear change and getting out of your comfort zone.

·         Fear failure, success, judgment or ridicule.

·         Fear not being able to complete your tasks.

·         Fear not being good enough.

·         Fear of lack of love, health, finances and skills.

·         Become imbalanced by dwell upon the past misfortunes instead of what you want to achieve.

  1. Over-Inflated Ego- Is the stressful, angry and dominant – Is this YOU?

·         Try too hard, strive, fight for what you want

·         Become overworked, stressed and irritable

·         Struggle and become weighed down with life’s burdens

·         Through fear you try to control others by putting your burdens, agendas, obsessions onto others.

·         Often with emotional blackmail, manipulation, dominance and force

·         Become imbalanced by giving too much attention or attachment to one aspect and not another part/s of your reality.

Eg. You may appear to have a high self-image or even wealth, but do you have health or even good relationships. Your experiences reveal if you are balanced within yourself. Often your physical expressions are covered up by your masquerade story of looking good and expressing hard work, but are you balanced in every area of your life. Or, if you work hard and have ample money, do you have enough relaxation and leisure time?

Either aspect of imbalance or either denial or striving is being in a rut – the result of a poor self-esteem or over-inflated ego or a low self-esteem or self-worth. “The difference between a rut and a grave is a matter of depth”!

A Balanced Character Is To:

Find the balance in every aspect of your life - time, health, love, happiness, joy, comfort, peace, to accept all things, to see the gift and beauty in all, relationships, success and money etc. Life is like a-set of scales, where you can choose to be too low, balanced or too high.

3 Choices You Can Make:

1.       Squashed self-esteem = denial = low self-worth

2.       Over-inflated self-esteem = striving = poor self-worth

3.       Balance – the half-way mark, the point of separation of the dualistic opposites.

Let’s take a look at each individual category:

·         Low Self-Worth: On one end of the scale you have denial - who finds life too difficult, the hardships, fears, challenges, competition, struggle, ridicule and rejections are too great and so you back off, run away, give up and don’t try anything at all or divert to addictions or suicide.

·         Poor Self-Worth: On the other end of the scale you have striving - struggling and striving hard to achieve and to ward off fear you manipulate and dominate through force, control and trickery to fight to get what you want in position or material status.

·         Balance: The middle is BALANCE - an open, aware mind, to learn to trust your heart and not living in denial, by too little or too much of negative or positive issues and its attachments.

Unfortunately, many who are about to reach the point of separation, often find themselves in a deep bog, in a high-time low! It appears that humanity has such a strong belief in having to struggle, having to suffer and work hard to gain or earn something or reap the benefits of something grander. That is the hard road.

The easier road is to find balance - it is to raise your self-worth, self-awareness and to own your personal empowerment and begin to trust your true authentic nature, even if it means ‘standing your ground’ and even it if means being prepared to walk alone. To be able to ‘stand alone’ may not appear to be easy, but not all things are what they seem!  In the long term, if someone cannot fully accept who you are and unconditionally love and support you, then they have an agenda, and they are feeding off your energy to nourish their own self-absorbed needs, and vice versa.  A poor or a low self-worth is the instigator of every imbalance issue. When you are a balanced person and throw away your façade, the mask of illusion you will accept and live your truth, your authentic nature, you will make conscious choices in every moment and be responsible for what you choose and experience. You will honour your own 100% worth, you will bless all of your experiences and will be sovereign, free and independent.  This will allow your energy to flow, to attract balanced and empowered people into your life. You will not attract people to you who will try to feed off you– because you will be a Master of Your Life.
