Last year, I travelled to Broome to see my daughter, Lisa. I took a huge amount of photos of the Kimberly's which I used for the Pillar 1 images in the Who Am I Formula. One of the beautiful sunset photos was taken of Lisa on Cable Beach.  Broome is noted for beautiful sunsets, camel rides on white sand, aqua water and red dirt. Every evening the sun retires leaving a step like glow on the still ocean water, whilst camels slowly walk upon the reflective wet sand. I used one of the sunset photos with Lisa on the wet sand for Elimination or to Add and to Illuminate,  to Magnify and Increase with Use.

Unfortunately, I choose to eliminate the automation of this newsletter. Step Out of the Mind, Let Go of Figuring-Out

Why do you have so many festering thoughts? Why does the mind keep chattering? Why do horrible thoughts come in, to act out a mental dramatic conflicting game with someone you are out of sorts with? The mind loves to play these wonderful controlling games, where you can literally spit out these tactless words only to see yourself being the hero of a heated debate.

Why does the mind focus on all the events that are not actually happening or it has happened in the past - because what happened in the past, the mind thinks it will occur again?  The mind goes through all the scenarios of what it thinks something could or should happen in the future. It goes through all the possible events of what others think and say and this leads to an upheaval of festering chattering self-pity angry thoughts.

The mind loves to act out and dictate what other people are doing and how they can influence and affect you and your future – it brings in the fear of the future; it brings in control, it brings in blame and irresponsibility, it brings in victimhood experiences? 

To address the issues mental mind games and figuring out can be broken down into 17 categories.

Let’s take a look at each category.

  1. You are Not Present - Then, why does the mind interfere when you are relaxed and breathing when suddenly it goes off on its own journey to take over to think of some other topic instead of being in that peaceful state? It is all fear based and with a limited awareness.  You are out there – you are not present, you are not ground and you are not in your body, and you are not in your point of presence, the now moment – the I AM Presence, because you are not in your safe breathing space, yet if you are in your safe space it is a good time for you to address certain issues. The mind brings the past into the future – that is all that it knows!  It wants control and dominance because that is all that is knows – it has been placed on a pedestal and is just doing its job, that is what it is trained to do, but the mind doesn’t know beyond what it knows.
     

  2. Your Aspects are at Play - Also, your aspects are at play, running your life, controlling your visions and dictating the quality of your experiences. You are playing the victim role instead of the master-creator role and whilst you are acting out that drama game, your aspects will keep on doing their thing, because you are not in a safe space for them to come home and you are not addressing the issue at hand, or accepting the love of self for giving yourself these experiences. Are you the Master of Your Life?  Are you the Manager of Your Aspects?
     

  3. Mental Mind Games - Thoughts are given a lot of power, it has been said that thoughts must be positive to begin a change and to improve your life - that is not so.  Thoughts that are forced or thoughts that dwell upon repetitive scenarios are a mental game, to manipulate the self into doing something in order to try to get something – mental thoughts limit the structure of energy, as they are supporting your feeding mechanism. They are feeding your consciousness.  Mental mind games can be done through affirmations and visualizations to induce and force you into believing something – it’s a form of trickery because underneath you don’t feel that it is true and you certainly don’t believe it – it is not held within the realms of your belief system, therefore that positive affirmation, word statement or thought is a fake façade and it cannot create the desires that you need or want.  
     

  4. Thoughts Can Be a Façade - Thoughts can be different to what you are feeling and what you really believe in.  Thoughts can be a façade.  Thoughts can cover up what is really going on.  Thoughts can contradict to what you want and/or choose, they can oppose to what is going on and they can deny what is happening and cancel out what motive energy, the underlying foundation that is working under the surface – the shadow potential.
     

  5. Thoughts May Not Be Your Conscious Truth - You create your reality from your feelings of what you believe in – what you think, say and do is not necessarily in balance, agreement and alignment with your feelings, it may not be your conscious truth, yet, your emotional feelings and beliefs may not be your conscious truth either. All these scenarios, your beliefs, feelings, thoughts, choices and decisions affect your actions, experiences and reality – but they may be your lie and not your soul’s conscious truth. The mind only knows of what it knows, it loves to dwell on drama, the happenings of the day, the occurrences of what is going on, the scenarios of what others are doing and how they can affect you – past, present and future – if you allow it.
     

  6. Highlights the Underlying Foundation - The blessing of allowing your mind to chatter even with festering old wounded thoughts of the light or the dark is that it brings your attention to what you are focusing on.  How are the light and dark thoughts playing out in your world? These thoughts will help you to understand what could the underlying foundation be, what could the motive energy be that is going on behind the scenes? The underlying foundation energy could be that:

    • It highlights what is going on in your life

    • It draws the attention to what aspects are at play

    • It emphasizes what you are feeling deep within,

    • It accentuates the importance of what emotional state you are placing on that issue

    • It features what beliefs are still operating 

    • It shows up what energy you could, may or have bought into

    • It declares what energy you may, will, have, going to or are acting out that scenario or experience

    • It stipulates how you are allowing others to influence you and how their demands affect your reality  

    • It tells you if that is where you want to go

    • It heightens your awareness of choice
      It is the spotlight of what you choose to play within your reality, so you can utilize your thoughts, good and bad to add to your advantage

  7. Belief and Focus Booster - Thoughts are the rubbish bin of what feelings and beliefs are stored within your subconscious.  Your beliefs are:  what you identify with will control you - your focus is: where your attention goes your energy flows. This means that your belief and focus booster: will increase and magnify with use.  If you focus on something long enough you will begin to feel that this scenario is true, to reinforce your truth, to prove that your thoughts, feelings and beliefs become factual and real. These thoughts do become creative to express itself in your reality because you believe in them. 
     

  8. Every Thought is Appropriate - In a new energy it is not appropriate to fight with what thoughts you should or shouldn’t have, so don’t belittle yourself if they are negative, don’t try to force good thoughts, don’t strive to discipline and control yourself to stick to achieve a certain outcome, to have an agenda of what your thought patterns should be like whilst doing a certain task – eg. meditating or relaxing in a quiet safe space. This means that if you are in a safe space and your mind starts chattering and you want your mind to be quiet, don’t belittle the mind for doing its job.  Every thought pattern that comes up, past, present and future is appropriate, every  pattern that you dwell upon is telling you something – is it just revealing your hidden treasures that seek release within you and it is telling you what aspects are playing the dominant role.  All energy seeks resolution – the clues come up in your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
     

  9. Disrupts Your Train of Thought - When any fearful of worrying thoughts interrupt an activity, whether it is a passive or an active task, it may lead you off onto a different track, it disrupts your train of thought and state of being and it may annoy or confuse you and it may bring in more fear, doubt and mistrust, whilst doing that creative task. When you think of something unpleasant, when you feel that energy that you don’t want, it seems to be a normal process to try to push it away, to fight it, to manipulate and control your perceive ‘rightful thoughts’, to force a positive thought or feeling to replace it, just so you can feel better and keep on track with what you are doing.
     

  10. Invite in that Fear - Instead of burying that thought, invite it in, breathe in that thought and embody that feeling whilst in your safe space.  Now if you are in a safe space, it is the perfect time for your daily occurrences and thought processes to jump in to have their say, to express itself through your feelings. Being in your safe space is the perfect time to allow all thoughts, all energies to come in to be addressed.  Let your mind wander, let yourself feel all energies, feel the wounds of the past, the worries of the day, the concerns of somebody else’s problems, and your fears of the future. Feel all energy and ask yourself if the thoughts that keep popping up are what you consciously choose to bring into your reality and if that is your conscious truth? Know what is important to you, know your authentic choice, your conscious truth and then let everything go, release all thoughts and energies and bring home those aspects that are waiting to return. Whilst you are in a safe space, in the now moment, breathe very deep, be conscious of your deep breath and allow your mind, body and spirit to come back into balance.
     

  11. Creative Thoughts Comes From the Heart - It is said that thoughts are creative, they mould and shape your body and your life – what you think is what you are. Thoughts are not creative if it comes from the mind, it is a game of pretending that you are something that you feel, believe and know that you are not.  Thoughts are creative if it comes from the heart, when you feel that thing and to be and become that thing – to live what you believe in. That is why it is so easy to manifest negative scenarios, you feel it, you believe it, you dwell upon it and it becomes your truth. When it comes to creating something that is not there in your present reality you have to get out of the mind, your thoughts have to become creative and that only comes from your heart.
     

  12. Soul Imagination - Perhaps you can substitute the word thoughts for the soul imagination because it doesn’t come from your head, the idea comes from your heart.  Your soul imagination is a feeling energy, to where your heart truly feels it, believes it and knows it as your conscious truth – it is as real as you choose it to be and it then becomes your reality.  When you place your attention, choose your focus, discern your feelings and believe it with trust and pure intent, that idea becomes a knowing. This is where the soul imagination can come in to full play, it brings in the idea, you place your focus and attention on it, you feel that energy and then through making a conscious choice you can ‘choose to create and give free expression’ to that idea.
     

  13. Conscious Choices Becomes Your Conscious Truth - By letting that idea thought go it can solidify that potential to manifest in your reality in that now moment and in the dimension that you choose to play in – that feeling creative idea/thought/imagination becomes your conscious choice and your conscious truth – as it comes from your heart.  In the mean time, you will have many times when unpleasant festering thought do come in, that is when you have to discern your feelings and know where it is coming from - your head or your heart or if you are picking it up from another, to know if that idea will manifest or not.
     

  14. Step Out of the Mind - For eons of time, you have programmed and adjusted yourself to always go through the mind and you become analytical, but it can’t give you the answers that you are looking for – are you aware that your mind doesn’t know the answers and even what it looks like because it hasn’t experienced it? The mind feels lost without the mental activity so it becomes another addiction and it becomes overwhelming to feel instead of thinking – so how do you step out of the mind?  Whenever your mind is chattering and trying to figure out things, just ‘stop’ take a deep breath in your safe now moment space and feel the energy – are you aware that the breathe helps to stop a chattering mind – it is like clicking on the refresh button on your computer? 
     

  15. Don’t Figure-it-out - Make a choice, from your heart and not your mind. Be willing to have your life changed. Have you noticed in your patterns that every time you start to open up, to feel and to expand that something pulls you back?  That could be sabotage knocking at your door. Then, do you try to figure-it-out? When an incident occurs step out of the mind, do not try to figure things out, do not blame it on something or someone and do not make habitual excuses?  Whatever experiences are occurring know that you are getting something from it, the attention, the pay-off’s of allowing yourself to be pulled back? What is holding you back? What is the fear of getting out of your comfort zone, out of the mental programming?  Is it an old wound, an old hypnotic belief thinking that the mind is God and fearing of finding out what happens when the mind doesn’t know the answer? Are you ready to connect to your true feelings, your true sensory perceptions and your true opened heart? Can you give yourself the freedom of experiencing the scenario without pulling yourself back?
     

  16. Step Behind the Short Wall - When situations come up in your life that require problem solving, consciously stop yourself, don’t go into your mental solution mode and if you feel any pressure in your mind, if you try to figure something out or if you feel the mind beginning to process, just ‘STOP’ – take a step into your safe, now moment breathing space, take another step back behind the short wall and observe. Be aware that you have taught yourself to stop feeling when you feel the uncomfortable pressure in your mind. Instead, invite it in, embody that energy, feel and discern that energy and let it go. Know that it is not your conscious choice, nor your conscious truth, unless you want it to be, unless you choose to play with that energy for a while.
     

  17. Solution Are Contained Within - Just stop figuring it out, because the mind doesn’t know beyond what it knows and invite in that energy and let yourself experience it and let yourself discover that the solution is already there – always know that your answer is already contained within before the issue has happened or manifested.

The Wisdom Discovered

So what do you do when you feel you are stuck in the mind? What do you do if you feel that you are trying to figure things out?  Step into your safe, now-moment deep breathing space. Choose to step out of the mind, choose to take your mind off your outer world and be ready to look at yourself in the mirror, to see what game you are playing.  Stop Thinking! Deep Breathe! Feel Your Safe Space! Invite in that Energy! Step Behind the Short Wall, Observe that energy, Feel and Discern whether you choose for that energy to be your truth or not! Be willing to let that energy go if you don't resonate with that story game, otherwise it will be an attachment to your beliefs and perceptions. Invite in your ‘I am Presence’ to ground yourself, to be in your body. Realize that you are a creator and not a victim. You are the master and manager, be willing to take full responsibility for all of your experiences. Enjoy your experiences. Choose Life.
