Welcome to the

JUNE 2009

Winter has arrived, the cold frosty nights allows warmer days and kurrawongs to sing in the clear blue sky. It is a wonderful time of year to appreciate the warmth of a wood fire. It is time to catch up on inside jobs as the garden has turned, flowers have finished blooming and leaves have coloured and fallen to mulch the frozen earth. The garden stays bare with dangling stems until just before spring when everything is cut back to allow new growth to spring forth. There is always plenty of subject material to create from and when you look at nature there is an abundance of everything, everywhere in all 4 seasons.  It is just a matter of perception of what level your agendas dictate from.

I have been trying to get my first newsletter on the road for some months now, but I have been busy getting my websites up and ready.   Well, I thought the websites were finished a couple of months ago, when I put all my creative talents into the one website. I soon found out that the self-help-on-line.com site was a bit large, and that there was too much on it.  In other words, seeing I had my formula-reviews as well as my artwork there were just too many distractions.  As well, I decided to change my domain name from the self-help-on-line to the more appropriate name The Who Am I Formula thus another new website was born. www.whoamiformula.com

The basic Who Am I Formula leads onto others pages for more advanced versions. All my artwork, including photos, digital images, body language cartoons and oil paintings are on my business name site called Creative Syncrho-Living™ - these two sites are still linked, but are also separated, you will find all my colourful artwork - paintings, cartoons, photos and digital images at www.creativesynchroliving.com

The Who Am I Formula Versions

The main Home Page on the Who Am I Formula site is kept very simple to introduce you to the very basic Who Am I Formula. From there you can click to the Who Am I Formula Information Page, which explains about the process. Just in case you haven't seen this page I will give you a quick run down on what the basic Who Am I Formula is about.

The Who Am I Formula helps to discover what issues, problems and challenges need addressing and releasing, as well as to unfold new choices, perceptions and potentials.

The Who Am I Formula consists of 288 numbers and picture images that have 7 colour layers and 3 pillars. These triple picture image pillars reflect a vast range of emotional words, picture statements and expanded story perceptions. The reading-session is a simple and inspiring process that consists of choosing up to 21 numbers randomly - this process is revealed at the time of proceeding with The Who Am I Formula Reading-Session.

The Who Am I Formula has 3 different types of questions with each picture image - the two dualistic opposites and the multi-dimensional questions/messages for each image i.e. a full 7 colour layer reading-session has 21 images with 63 different question/message scenarios. This gives a broad view on what past patterns and beliefs have had focus and attention, what experiences are occurring now and what new choices and potentials can be obtained.

To understand more about the Who Am I Formula you can continue on to the advanced techniques with the Toolboxes, Self-Help Reviews, Articles and Stories.

There are three versions of a Who Am I Formula - a 1 Layer Pronto Version, a 4 Layer Discovery Version and a 7 Layer  Insight Version.

Also there is a Free 'Try Before You Buy' reading-session - it is a 1 layer formula for those first timers who want to know a bit more about the Who Am I Formula reading-session.

Step Out of the Mind and Feel

Grant, my 23 year old son works in a mine north of Kalgoorlie in WA. He comes home very fortnight for a weeks break.  Several weeks ago, after picking him up at Brisbane airport we had an in-depth conversation during our 3 hour drive home. Grant operates heavy earthmoving machinery and has only been with this company for several months.  He was made the leading hand for his group of middle age men, because he has a natural talent for operating large heavy earth-moving machinery and doing final trim work.  He is very particular with doing a good job.

Grant has always confided in me when anything is troubling him and I have always been able to talk to him about some of the basic new energy concepts. Well Lisa, my daughter and Grant were often the guinea pigs for me finding out how to apply some of these concepts during their teenage years - the greatest challenge was learning to have 'no agenda' and allowing them to make choices, knowing that teenagers do not always make financial beneficial choices.

However, I have never discussed how to step out of the mind in relation to feeling, as I thought that would have been too difficult to explain at the time.

Coming home from the airport a few weeks ago, Grant was explaining what he does to operate the heavy machinery, a grader and 75 ton excavator.   His D8 dozer is so large that he cannot even see the blade and he has to final trim down to a 10-20cm fall by eye, without a laser. What he said absolutely blew me away, for I had never mentioned 'out of the mind' concepts before. He said, "to operate well you have to 'get out of the mind' and 'feel the earth' through the blade and the levers. When you allow the mind to dominate, you 'stuff it up' because the mind is too slow and it judges too easily, so you stop feeling and nothing flows with ease.   When you stop feeling and when the mind interferes everything goes wrong. Feeling is automatic and instant, you operate without thinking how it has to be done". So basically he is operating these machines just through feel for he cannot see the blade to how far it has to cut into the earth for levelling. He hadn't realized that the mind doesn't know beyond what it knows, so it is too slow to judge, decide and choose how to do something instantly because that scenario has come and gone before it can make that choice. That is where trusting your 'intuition and feelings' comes in and acting upon that instinct instantly. When the mind comes in full force, its fears squashes your awareness to feelings as well as any intuitive insights.

I also mentioned to him about feeling through my art.  Teaching someone how to paint is a fantastic way to learn 'how do I paint'. Creative talent is a natural skill that becomes automatic and it can be difficult to explain well if you aren't aware of what you are feeling.  Painting comes down to feeling, so to teach someone to paint you have to teach them to feel. To be able to feel comes down to observation, openness and awareness - like how much pressure to apply the brush onto the canvas - it is a light touch with just the tip or heavy pressure strokes, how much paint to put on the brush, is the medium runny or dry, what angle to apply the brush and what type of stroke swift or slow, up or down let alone what size brush and how to mix the colour?

I told him that when I painted my first real life portrait painting it was a bit nervy. I don't like beginning a painting for it does look awful until you get a few coats of paint on and a bit of detail. That is when the mind comes in and says, 'you can't do it, it won't work, you'll mess it up' and it will if you believe it and the 'doubt talk' can still happen after 30 years of painting.  This time, I told that part of me to 'shut up' in a nice way and I breathed and began to feel. I had never painted this kind of portrait before, so the mind hadn't experienced how to do it - it didn't know.  All I had to rely on was my painting aspect that knows how to paint at a deeper level than what the mind knows. I chose to step into my safe space in that now moment through the breath so I was able to listen to my intuition and what came through my feelings. When I began to feel, everything began to flow.

So, I did whatever came to mind and because I listened to my intuitive feelings I finished the painting in under 20 hours. Some of my landscape and wildscape paintings can take up to 100 hours. I found that I was doing strokes and mixing colour without questioning if it was right or wrong or if it would work and look good.  I just did what came to mind and some of the techniques I had not done before, but it worked - eg painting the hair that looks coarse and wiry. This painting of Chris is on my website Creative Synchro-Living then scroll down to Portraits and Still Life Examples.

These examples as similar to feeling energy, again it can't be defined only felt with practice and experience. It comes down to just doing what your 'gut feeling' tells you. If it doesn't work out to how you expect, just let it go and try again.  Perhaps you can 'drop the agendas' also, so you aren't disappointed in your outcome! Make sure you choose to be in a safe space, in the now moment and deep breathe, so you can feel what is deep within you. If your mind interferes in a controlling way just stop, go through the safe-nowtime-breath-space again and feel by allowing energy to flow. Do what comes to mind from your feelings and see what happens. Trust without judgement and agenda is the main key to feeling. If something comes in that you don't like or want, have compassion for your experience, let it go and be daring to try again.

The Wisdom Discovered

From writing all of my Metaphoric Reflection Stories and the Who Am I Formula Articles especially the ones on belief and focus plus the my recent experiences,  I truly believe that 'What you identify with will control you'. Whatever you dwell upon, whatever you believe in will control you, and you will attract those same qualities or experiences to you, whether it is positive or negative situations.

Energy is expressed from the inner to the outer. What you believe in and what you feel within is reflected into your outer experiences.

I also believe that 'Where your attentions goes your energy flows', for the outcome of your circumstances are created from your belief system of how much you dwell upon a situation. By putting your focus on an issue or concentrating on an event with emotion is where your energy goes and this is what will control and influence you. You will create that scenario or experience.

Also, whatever you focus and dwell upon magnifies and increases with use - it will grow from a molehill and into a mountain. This happens with both pleasant and unpleasant experiences. Therefore, it is important to understand the connection of planting your seed thoughts, for these seeds will grow to create your experiences in the future. This means, by dwelling upon your past fears and wounds can easily take root to germinate in your future.

'Tomorrow is always fresh - there are no mistakes in it, if you choose to release the old'
Don't carry yesterday's sunset baggage into a tomorrow's new dawn!

During 2008 I certainly learnt to practice what I believed in and that is probably why I created those experiences for myself to enforce me to express my passion, to live my truth, to trust my own healing potentials and to be a standard in what I believed in, even if it was against others agendas. Yes, that can create conflict because other people who wanted me to do things like they do and what they want me to be and have the things that they think is important did create a division in my relationship with them.  Now 18 months later, they are coming around to not try to persuade me, to influence me or control me to do what they want me to do or what they think is right for me.

Cancer gave me that freedom to enforce me to express who I am and it was difficult to choose a journey that others do not agree with, especially when they tried to place their fears onto me and when you have no one to turn to, to really see if self-healing cancer does work. I had to learn to fully trust myself and to allow my body to heal.  I must admit since I left work I also left my income behind, I now see that as a blessing because seeing I didn't have the funds at the time, I couldn't continue to seek validation in any alternative medicine treatments, again I only had myself to trust and rely on for self-healing.

First, I had to change my beliefs about what cancer is and isn't including diet and that is that cancer is a fatal dis-ease. Six billion people may believe that it is, but I don't! I had to take my focus off the things that I didn't want - the cancer stories and the fears of mass consciousness, I had to stop looking outside of myself for validation in another to heal my body, I had to express and live my truth and that was hard because of my fear of expressing who I am was greater than the ailments I had given myself.  I had to choose life with joy, worth and acceptance of all things and again I had to re-question all of my beliefs and release many things that did not serve a growing consciousness, including my story, in which I am still doing. But the wisdom, joy and the freedom that I discovered was so grand and beautiful and that is what expands and inspires consciousness.

The Who Am I Formula is a brand new modality, recently discovered and developed for the fast changing challenging times we are now in and experiencing.  The Who Am I Formula reading session provides new insights, direction, perception and integration concepts to any issues, problems, challenges, doubts and uncertainties that are of concern and stressful, be it self-worth, relationships, health or abundance etc - personal or business related. This New Energy reading provides new 'out of the mind' information for greater awareness, clarity, wisdom, acceptance and understanding that inspires and expands consciousness.

With Love and Blessings
